Fast food has taken over the American diet in and around our schools, threatening the health of our children. We must teach our children early on the impact of fast food. We need to fight the flood of junk food and sugary cereal commercials. We need to teach our children to separate fruit and vegetables from junk food. Not only are snacks, fried fast food and are an ever-present danger to our children, but the use of sports drinks and soft drinks also took their toll. Many of the sports drinks and flavored waters are laden with sugar or sugar substitutes such as high-fructose corn syrup.

Bottled water is directed to mineral deficient due to the cleaning process.
