Three ideas for Sneaking vegetables into your kids’ food

Getting children to eat their vegetables one of the most difficult challenges a parent faces is. All parents want their child, and vegetables are definitely a healthy diet. It is time, sneaky! Here are five ideas for sneaking vegetables into your children

• Good hide
Mix the vegetables with something to get to know your children and is always happy to eat. A good example is pasta and vegetable lasagna. Most children love lasagna because of the tomato sauce, cheese and cream. Vegetable lasagna is all the things to ensure that your child does not notice that the chopped zucchini and eggplant in place in between the layers of minced meat.
